Weight Loss

As of the 5th January 2009 I have been on a diet. So far I have lost 5.8 kilo's which is over half way to my goal of 10 kilo's by the 16th of April 2009. I lost quite a bit in the first few weeks but it has been slowing down as my eyes get bigger. How does one take the focus off food??? Even when Im not hungry all I want to do is eat!! Its driving me crazy. I am doing using my old weight watchers books and am having very yummy food but all I want is chocolate and chips its driving me crazy.

If anyone has any tips please feel free to tell me. I want to fit into my jeans again.
